Oh, I like this message so much better than the let's-hate-on-the-person-who-said-something-offensive approach. Furthering the hate does nothing to enlighten and educate, nor does it encompass accountability.
I like this - it's really helpful since I work with people who often say things that make me stop the conversation and point out what they've said. Sticking to that is a good idea - rather than me telling them they're racist, which I sometimes want to do. Thanks for posting.
